Sonication
Deionized water and organic cane sugar alcohol are poured into the batch sonicator, along with sustainably sourced functional mushrooms and treated with high energy soundwaves at temperatures at or below 121°F.
Refinement
The extract is then filtered, removing most of the sonicated mushroom material and introduced back into the sonicator with additional mushroom material until the desired concentration of beneficial compounds is achieved
